Rescheduling Policy
Unexpected situations can arise, and there may be times when either you or we need to reschedule a cleaning. We understand, and communication is key. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via call or text, and we will do our best to accommodate you at the earliest available time. We will also notify you in advance if we need to reschedule.
Sick Policy
If you or anyone in your household is unwell with a contagious illness (e.g., the flu, cold, pneumonia, etc.), we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule your cleaning. While we disinfect your home thoroughly, we want to prevent the potential spread of germs to others and protect both of us. For the same reason, we may also call in sick if necessary to ensure the well-being of all parties involved.
Pet Policy
For the safety and comfort of both your pets and our team, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed to roam freely while we are cleaning. This ensures a smoother and more efficient process.
Payment
We gladly accept payments via cash or check. Please ensure payment is made at the time of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with our work, please contact us immediately at (509) 990-1473, and we will work to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction.
Client Preferences
To avoid any potential issues, we prefer that someone be present during our cleaning service, but if it’s not possible it is alright. While we bring our own cleaning supplies, we are happy to use your supplies if preferred.
